Language Cafés provide a venue where people meet to practice a world language with fellow community members, facilitated by a native or fluent speaker of that language. Connect with other speakers as you discuss culture, the past and the future. Attendees will also take part in a brief futuring exercise intended to provoke thought and cultural appreciation.

The Abingdon Library is home to HCPL's Innovation Lab and Children's Sensory Room. It is located in close proximity to the I-95 corridor and offers a meeting room as well as two smaller conference rooms.
