Inclusive Trunk-or-Treat

Join us for an evening of Halloween fun at the 2026 Inclusive Trunk-or-Treat, the festive finale of Harford County Public Library’s Wheelchair Costume Workshop!

This free, inclusive celebration is designed so children of all abilities can enjoy the fun of trick-or-treating in a welcoming and accessible environment. Children participating in the Wheelchair Costume Workshop will debut their one-of-a-kind, wheelchair-adapted costumes, created especially for them by teams of community volunteers.

Want to host a trunk? We’re looking for businesses, organizations, community groups, families, and individuals to decorate a trunk, hand out treats, and help make the evening extra special. Get creative, pick a theme, and join the fun!

Want to attend? Put on your favorite costume, bring your trick-or-treat bag, and come enjoy an evening filled with creative trunks, treats, incredible costumes, and Halloween fun for the whole family.
