Kathryn Canavan, Lincoln scholar and author, presents her research on five women whose lives were dramatically altered by the assassination of Abraham Lincoln, including John Wilkes Booth’s secret fiancé Lucy Lambert Hale and actress Laura Keene who held Lincoln’s head in her lap at Ford’s Theater.
