Unwind with a gentler-paced yoga including a combination of meditation and pranayama (breath work), along with seated and standing postures. A chair can be used to accommodate mobility needs. A partnership with and presented by Point of Light Yoga. Each person attending must register prior to the event.
Open to all but most suitable to those new to yoga as well as those with physical restrictions

The Jarrettsville Library is located near the intersection of Routes 165 and 23. In addition to a meeting room, we have a spacious, natural light-filled reading area in which visitors may read or connect their devices to WIFI.
