Join us for an "all are welcome" yoga practice led by instructors from the community. Each class will be a themed journey of yoga poses, breathing exercises, stillness, and meditation; we will conclude with an enriching group discussion to help integrate the benefits of yoga into daily life. Dress comfortably and bring a mat. Each person attending must register prior to the program. Supported by the Bel Air Friends of HCPL.
