Sankalpa is a short phrase, clearly and concisely expressed to bring about a positive change in one's life. During this practice, we will set our intention for the new year. Then we will end with yoga nidra- guided meditation to lead to an effortless meditation. Each person attending must register prior to the program. Supported by the Joppa Friends of the Library.
Improve strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance, while promoting mindfulness and focused awareness. Movements are slow and controlled. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat or towel.
