The staff of the Upper Chesapeake Mobile Van work to promote wellness by sharing information on health topics, as well as making a range of preventative screenings accessible to the community. This month’s focus is on wellness. Testing for blood pressure, sleep disorder, body composition analysis, diabetes, and stroke are available free of charge. Cosplayers wanted for Cosplay Fashion Show, an end of Summer Reading Adventure event. The art of Cosplay realizes oceans of possibilities through imaginative costuming as fictional characters from film, books, or comics. Homemade costumes preferred.
