Certified Yoga instructor Stacie Foxwell will help you to unwind with a gentler-paced yoga including a combination of meditation and pranayama (breath work), along with seated and standing postures. A chair can be used to accommodate mobility needs. Open to all, but most suited to those new to yoga or with physical restrictions. Each person attending must register prior to the program. Supported by the Joppa Friends of HCPL.
