Certified Yoga instructor Heather Gagnon will guide you through this gentle approach to Yoga that is designed for all ages, body types, and physical abilities. Each person attending must register prior to the program.
Improve strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance, while promoting mindfulness and focused awareness. Movements are slow and controlled. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat or towel.
