Join us for the Iota Nu chapter of Omega Psi Phi fraternity’s annual book dedication to HCPL in honor of Black History Month. Esteemed author Dr. David S. Arnold will be on hand to talk about this year's title and his book, "The Power and Weakness Within, The Art of Change and Self-Therapy." Join us for the Iota Nu chapter of Omega Psi Phi fraternity’s annual book dedication to HCPL in honor of Black History Month. Esteemed author Dr. David S. Arnold will be on hand to talk about this year's title and his book, "The Power and Weakness Within, The Art of Change and Self-Therapy.” Dr. Arnold is a psychiatrist and currently serves as Program Manager of the Acute Care Inpatient Psychiatry Unit at Maryland’s Springfield Hospital Center. He is also an Associate Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Maryland College of Medicine. In addition to being an author, Dr. Arnold is a gifted motivational speaker discussing topics such as depression, children and violence, and the impact of mental illness on our families and our communities. He is also a dedicated lifetime member of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. Thank you to Omega Psi Phi Fraternity and the Iota Nu chapter for your generous donations to HCPL.
