The Wheelchair Costume Workshop is a free event for kids to transform their wheelchairs into their dream costumes! Our volunteers will work hand in hand with the kids to bring their costume ideas to life. The only requirements are that they must rely on a wheelchair as their primary mode of mobility, can attend the costume measuring session at the Abingdon Library on Saturday, September 14th, and the costume fitting and trunk or treat event at The EPICENTER at Edgewood on Saturday, October 5th.
We're also calling for volunteers to help create these awesome costumes and to join in on the trunk-or-treat fun.
Thank you to our Spooktacular Sponsors: APGFCU and the Harford Center, and our Pick of the Patch Sponsors: Rosedale Federal Savings & Loan, Bayside Commercial Building Services, and Coppermine Bel Air Athletic Club, for helping to make this event possible!
