We'll cover many of the poses of the basic Hatha Yoga program. We start on the floor and work our way to standing poses.

Our objectives are body control, strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat if you have one. Each person attending must register prior to the program.
