Join certified yoga instructor Heather Gagnon for a gentle-paced yoga practice. This class will help you improve strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance, while promoting mindfulness and focused awareness. Movements are slow and controlled. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat or towel. Each person attending must register prior to the program.
