Gentler-paced yoga including a combination of meditation and pranayama (breath work), along with seated and standing postures. Open to all but most suitable to those new to yoga as well as those with physical restrictions. A chair can be used to accommodate mobility needs. A partnership with and presented by Point of Light Yoga. Each person attending must register prior to the event.
