A gentle approach to Yoga designed for all ages, body types, and physical abilities.
Improve strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance, while promoting mindfulness and focused awareness. Movements are slow and controlled. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat or towel. Each person attending must register prior to the event.
